Area developers are instrumental in the further development of Kip McGrath Education Centres within their specified region. They are responsible for providing the local support and knowledge that is needed to drive the continued success of their franchises.

In addition to supporting their network of franchisees by providing ongoing training, marketing and business advice, regular centre visits and distributing educational materials, Area Developers are required to:

Grow their region through the sale of new franchise territories and the on-sell of existing centres
Provide franchisees with the opportunity to network through regional meetings and the organisation of annual conferences
Provide valuable business services for franchisees

Successful Area Developers must have:

Teaching qualifications
Experience in owning or managing a business

Successful Area Developers have the desire and ability to:

Improve the educational opportunities for children in their region
Run a large and successful business
Use their knowledge to drive the success of franchisees within their territory
Learn and implement established business systems
Keep up with modern technology
Follow proven marketing and advertising guidelines
